Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid, on-site role (two days working from home) located in Wimbledon, for a Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive. The individual will plan, execute, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns while managing social media accounts across various platforms. Daily responsibilities include content management, social media scheduling, analysing web and social media performance metrics, and optimising strategies to enhance online presence. Collaboration with teams to align marketing efforts with brand goals will also be a key aspect of this role. You’ll plan, execute, and evaluate campaigns while owning the social media function for a portfolio of clients simultaneously, from strategy through to execution and reporting.
Day to Day
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, running structured calls, briefing designers and video editors, and occasionally jumping into social-native edits yourself when speed is essential. Collaboration is built into the role: you’ll work closely with internal teams to keep marketing aligned with brand goals, support a junior team member on community management and trend research, and join shoots for larger accounts to contribute creatively on camera.

What We’re Looking For
* Two years of social media or digital marketing experience, ideally managing multiple clients simultaneously
* Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including platform management and content creation
* Experience in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing strategy development and execution
* Familiarity with Web Analytics to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement
* Strong Communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and work collaboratively in a team
* Able to adapt your approach per brand and sector, you understand there is no universal blueprint
* Self-driven and able to move quickly under pressure without needing constant direction
* Strong instincts around trends, brand fit, and an ability to think beyond viral: meaningful KPIs look different depending on the sector
* A proactive attitude with attention to detail and creative problem-solving capabilities
* Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* Previous experience in an agency is a plus
