Role Overview:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and enabling seamless digital experiences for users? We’re looking for a Digital Workplace Operations Technician to join our team and play a key role in supporting our employees' use of digital workplace technologies. From laptops and mobile devices to meeting room tech and SaaS tools, you’ll ensure our users can work effectively and efficiently in any environment. This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise and customer-first mindset will directly impact user satisfaction and productivity.
Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on…
1. Providing day-to-day support for digital workplace technologies including endpoint hardware, software, and services.
2. Managing assigned support tickets and delivering timely, effective resolutions.
3. Acting as a technical escalation point for service requests and incidents, including root cause analysis.
4. Supporting integration with adjacent technologies such as identity, security, and remote access systems.
5. Delivering IT support for laptops, printers, mobile devices, and meeting room technology.
6. Offering “smart-hands” support for non-workplace equipment like routers, switches, and digital signage.
7. Overseeing executive-level IT support and ensuring smooth delivery for events and meetings.
8. Continuously improving support processes and turning reactive issues into proactive service delivery.
Your previous experience is likely to include….
9. Second-line IT support or a similar technical support role.
10. Hands-on experience with end-user devices such as laptops, printers, and mobile phones.
11. Providing both in-person and remote IT support.
12. Acting as a technical escalation point within a support team.
13. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused approach.

·Be familiar with IT change management processes and analytical in your approach to troubleshooting.
