As our Release Co-ordinator you will support release planning and delivery by coordinating activities across multiple development teams, managing backlogs and reporting cycles, and ensuring deployment readiness through clear process and documentation. Working closely with development teams and release engineers, you will help maintain consistency, quality and control across the release lifecycle, while also supporting the development of apprentices and secondees.

Responsibilities
* Support the planning of releases by creating templated release notes for dev teams, logging work items on Azure DevOps and managing criteria checklist for deployments. This will involve working closely with the development teams supporting their releases and liaising with the assigned release engineer.
* Ensure new requests and issues are logged on the backlog in a timely way.
* Manage monthly docker image update process.
* Manage monthly release reporting cycle.
* Maintain the release team backlogs according to agreed prioritisation criteria.
* Mentor apprentices and secondees to support the above activities.

* An articulate and confident communicator, capable of expressing ideas clearly and assertively.
* Experienced in collaborating across multiple teams, adept at balancing and prioritising conflicting demands.
* Driven by process, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
* Adopts a methodical and structured approach to tasks, ensuring thoroughness and reliability.
* Strong planning skills, able to anticipate needs and organise effectively.
