About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our busy Recruitment Team on a 6‑month fixed‑term basis. This post is a secondment opportunity; applicants must ensure the appropriate line‑manager approval. This post is not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of a high‑quality, customer‑focused recruitment administration service.
• Ensure the safe and effective recruitment of staff to the organisation while promoting fair, consistent, and inclusive recruitment practices.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) education or equivalent experience in an office‑based, customer‑focused environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Well‑developed IT skills together with an understanding of recruitment processes and the operation of a recruitment office.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet challenging deadlines.
• Genuine interest in supporting fair and effective recruitment.
