Summary
We are seeking an Qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our passionate team at Nurtured Nursery. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a stimulating and safe environment for children, supporting their emotional and educational development. The hours will be between 30-40 per week.
Responsibilities
* Plan and implement engaging educational activities for young children.
* Support children's social and emotional development through positive interactions.
* Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and needs.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment.
* Observe and assess children's development to tailor learning experiences accordingly.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive team atmosphere.
Requirements
* Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare.
* Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* A passion for nurturing children's development and well-being.
