Salary: £70,000 - 70,000 per year Requirements: Experience working on risk assessments using industry-approved methodologies such as NIST 800-30 and ISO 27005 Ability to identify suitable risk management activities, including technical, physical, and procedural controls, to treat or mitigate identified risks Experience creating security documentation to support the development of an information system, including Security Aspects of Design, Risk Assessments, Risk Management Plans, Security Policies, and Security Test Plans/Results Experience supporting development using a secure-by-design methodology Experience working on technical low-level security designs Knowledge of legal and regulatory topics relevant to cyber security activities Knowledge of MOD policies such as JSP 440, 453/604, and 892 Knowledge and experience of Agile, DevSecOps, and CI/CD principles and their application in secure environments Appreciation of the constraints and requirements of development within secure, safety-critical environments Experience working with MOD Cyber Assurance/Accreditors Must be a UK sole national Must hold current SC clearance Responsibilities: Assist in the design, build, and delivery of secure digital solutions in highly secure environments Work alongside engineers, architects, and delivery specialists Provide cyber risk management support Provide strategic security direction for projects Produce evidence to meet MOD regulations Technologies: CI/CD DevSecOps Support JSP Security More: We are looking for a Security Consultant to work on site three days a week supporting the design, build, and delivery of secure digital solutions in highly secure environments.
