The Opportunity
We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team. Youll be supporting one of Holcim UKs key strategic growth areas Construction Demolition Materials (CDM). This role offers a unique chance to influence both operational excellence and long-term strategy, including organic growth and M&A integration.
Youll be based at our UK HQ - Bardon Hill, Leicestershire. Where, youll collaborate closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and strategy. This role is perfect for someone looking to bring their expertise to an organisation where sustainability and innovation are at the forefront. You'll play a key role in shaping financial strategy and helping to embed commercial insight into every decision we make.
Youll provide actionable performance analysis and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Proactively offering solutions aligned with the strategic objectives.
Who you are
You're a qualified accountant with a proven track record in financial leadership, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Youre passionate about more than just the numbers, you use your analytical skills to drive strategic insight and guide impactful decisions.
Youll have experience with ERP and reporting systems such as SAP, E1, Qlikview or Insight, and are confident with tools like Excel, Google Sheets.
Youll bring a commercial mindset, strong presentation skills, and a drive for continuous improvement.
