Inside Sales Account Manager
Location: Telford, TF2 7NB
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00a.m. – 5:30p.m.
Salary: up to £27,500 per annum, plus commission.
Role Summary
As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you partner with the Field Representative to devise strategies and penetrate an existing base of accounts. You call customers daily to conduct business reviews and add value at every opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve sales in line with targets/objectives set by calling buyers within your area of responsibility.
* Maintain good relationships with customers.
* Establish and maintain effective communication methods with the customer base, line manager, team members, and all internal departments.
* Ensure the client database is properly maintained.
* Deliver the best customer experience.
* Liaise regularly with the Inside Sales Team Leader.
* Accurately maintain account records.
