Description
Youll be the strategic lead across a portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted advisor while ensuring campaigns, content, and results consistently exceed expectations.
Your days might include:
* Turning business goals into content strategies that actually work
* Leading client meetings and becoming the go-to expert for your accounts
* Ideating, planning and overseeing content shoots for your client
* Planning and delivering content campaigns, shoots and creative projects
* Designing graphics and visual content using Canva, and writing captions and copy for social channels
* Analysing performance and uncovering opportunities for growth
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members
* Helping shape internal processes as the business expands
* Contributing to business development, proposals and growth initiatives

Experience
* Has agency experience and understands how to juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball
* Loves combining creativity with commercial thinking
* Can confidently lead client conversations and build strong relationships
* Understands what makes content perform across social platforms
* Enjoys mentoring others and naturally takes ownership
* Thrives in fast-moving environments where theres room to make your mark
* Has excellent attention to detail and high standards for quality
