This is a hands-on role based at the Croydon head office, covering London and surrounding areas, offering a great chance to get involved in building and property services.No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out Fire Alarm and Emergency Lighting testing across residential and commercial properties
Conduct routine Fire Door Inspections in line with The Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022
Perform general site checks related to safety and operational standards
Accurately record and report findings using Microsoft Office
About You:
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential (mileage covered)
Presentable, professional, and highly reliable
Able to work independently xkybehq and use your initiative
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office to complete reports
Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
