MERCHANDISING ADMIN ASSISTANT

Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, just 15 minutes outside of Croydon and easily commutable from London.

We work in a competitive hybrid working model, with 2 core days at head office and 3 days working from home, plus flexi core hours.

We MAKE IT HAPPEN with a fast-paced rhythm, where being organised and having a great skillset on Excel is key. If you’re up for a challenge and ready to dive into the multifaceted world of Merchandising, this role could be for you!

What you can expect from the role…

1. Work closely with the Assistant Merchandiser for smooth product launches.
2. Raise and reserve sales orders.
3. Closely monitor orders to ensure they meet the delivery SLA’s.
4. Run sizing analysis and suggest size breakdowns for orders.
5. General administration and the day to day running of the lingerie department.
6. Take ownership of the creation of our Monday trade packs.
7. Assist the team to support with department KPI’s.
8. Produce weekly, monthly and seasonal reports for the team.
9. Build strong relationships with our Partners.
