Flannels is a leading luxury retailer known for delivering an exceptional shopping experience with a curated selection of the world’s most coveted brands. Our Supervisors, with the support of their sales team, play a key role in offering bespoke styling advice and a premium, personalised service to our customers. We are now looking for trend aware and fashion conscious retail leaders to join our team in Flannels Belfast.
Your Role
* Maximise turnover to exceed required targets and identify opportunities to continually improve performance
* Manage and motivate the performance of the team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded
* Be a strong presence on the shop floor to drive sales both personally and through the team
* Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all times
* Ensure all members of the team have the tools and knowledge to deliver the key business objectives
* Manage the presentation and merchandising of seasonal stock in line with Head Office directives
* Maintain an awareness of current and market trends, understand forthcoming customer promotions and monitor local competitors
* Drive and deliver KPI's
* Create and maintain customer profiles via Flannels’ clienteling tool
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring loyalty and repeat business
* Research, source and find products to satisfy clients’ requests and needs
* Monitor correspondence and ensure prompt response to all enquiries
* Carry out all additional duties where and when necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability for your role
Qualifications
* You will be an exceptional people manager, with strong leadership and motivational skills
* Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills
* Passionate about fashion, with extensive knowledge of luxury brands and designers
* A people-person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Target-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
