We are currently seeking a Senior Litigation Solicitor (7-10 PQE) to join one of our Commercial Litigation teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and commercially minded litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take an interactive role within a collaborative, forward-looking firm.
What You’ll Do
* Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including complex contractual disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, professional negligence, and financial claims.
* Work closely with clients to provide strategic advice and clear, commercially sound solutions.
* Report to directors whilst receiving and managing reports from junior team members.
* Assist the development of junior team members and contribute to the efficiency of the team’s capabilities.
* Participate in business development and client relationship management.
What We’re Looking For
* A UK-qualified solicitor between 7 to10 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.
* Proven track record of handling complex, high-value disputes independently.
* A strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset and excellent client-facing skills.
* Experience of working within a team environment in order to manage junior solicitors is highly desirable.
* Comfortable working in a tech-enabled environment and open to innovation.
