Role: Procurement Manager (M&A/transformation)
Salary: circa £80K + Bonus + Pension + Private Medical + Share Save Schemes + 30 Days Holiday

Job description
What you'll be doing;
1. Supporting major strategic transactions, including M&A cost due diligence and supplier integration
2. Driving transformation through better insight, smarter reporting, and stronger financial control
3. Partnering with senior stakeholders to design innovative, performance-based commercial models
4. Making sure every supplier decision stands up to regulatory, legal, and risk scrutiny
5. Leading high-impact, end-to-end strategic sourcing across key categories
6. Turning deep spend and cost analysis into clear, executive-level commercial strategies

What you bring;
7. Confidence working on M&A or large strategic change programmes, demonstrating experience in cost due diligence and supplier integration
8. Experience in supporting migration and transformation with a sharp grip on cost drivers, risk, financial modelling in a fast-paced regulated commercial environment.
9. Strong commercial negotiation skills.
10. Good understanding of third-party risk and regulated environments.
11. The ability to support migration, challenge, influence, and partner with senior leaders.
