We are seeking someone who is truly enthusiastic about the Early Years sector to join our team as a Product Manager. No prior product management experience is necessary; your knowledge and experience working in an educational setting will help us understand what is needed by practitioners and children to ignite imagination and learning. In this role, you will be involved in the development and lifecycle of our early years products.

We work with 28,000 schools, nurseries, and education trusts across countries to deliver customer-centric solutions that improve educational outcomes. Our work supports learners at all stages, from preschool to higher education and professional qualifications, partnering with schools, examination boards, central governments, and other institutions to enrich lives.
Responsibilities
* Deeply understand the sector and what matters most in an Early Years setting.
* Collaborate with the team and suppliers to select impactful products and create compelling Early Years categories.
* Build valuable connections within the sector for continuous learning and growth.
* Work with the Category Manager and Early Years team to develop a commercially viable product range.
* Coordinate with marketing and digital teams to present products meaningfully to Early Years settings.
* Articulate how products facilitate various learning styles.
* Create innovative product photography, videos, and copy to maximize online sales.
* Work with the Innovation team to generate new product ideas for global markets, contributing to children's development.
* Review and optimize product categories, including lifecycle management.
Experience
* Passion for the sector and desire to improve children's outcomes globally.
* Experience or studies related to the sector.
* Excellent time management, organization, and administrative skills, proficient in Word and Excel.
* Diplomatic communication skills across departments and levels.
* Ability to build networks internally and externally.
* Proactive problem-solving and keen attention to detail.
* Relevant professional qualifications in the sector.
* Full UK driving licence.
