What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the Head and Sous Chefs in delivering high-quality, consistent food.

Managing your own section with confidence and precision.
*
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
*
Assisting in menu planning and daily prep with a proactive approach.
What we’re looking for:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
*
A genuine passion for fresh food and quality service.
*
A team player with excellent communication and time management skills.
*
Flexibility to work matchdays, evenings, weekends, and event schedules.
*
Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety certification (essential).
*
Relevant chef qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
