Our students benefit from a rich blend of classroom learning, demonstrations, and hands-on experience, giving them a strong foundation for successful careers within the industry.

7. A passion for teaching and inspiring the next generation, with the ability to explain both theory and practical application clearly.
8. Excellent communication and organisational skills, with confidence delivering to learners of varying abilities.
9. A recognised teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE, or equivalent) or a willingness to work towards one.
10. It is essential candidates have a full driving licence and the access to a vehicle to use when visiting students in the workplace.
