Overview
We currently have an opportunity for an Executive Support Assistant (Administrator) to join our Newcastle office.
The ESA team provides support to fee earners across the firm with administrative tasks such as archiving, photocopying, scanning, bundle preparation, binding, submitting searches, post completion tasks etc. ESAs are office based and this role is to primarily support fee earners in the Newcastle office as well as those in Leeds and Edinburgh. However, the ESA team works collectively to support fee earners across the business using BigHand. We have two Workflow Coordinators who supervise the workflow for the ESA team to ensure that work is done to a high standard and to deadlines.

They are organised, flexible in their approach to managing workloads, confident with their work and are closely aligned with the vision, values and objectives of the people they support across the business.
Responsibilities
To be successful this role you\'ll need as a minimum;
* Provide administrative support to fee earners, including archiving, photocopying, scanning, bundle preparation, binding, submitting searches and post-completion tasks.
* Assist fee earners in Newcastle and support those in Leeds and Edinburgh; work with the ESA team to meet deadlines and maintain high standards using BigHand.
* Support the Workflow Coordinators by helping manage workload and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally within the professional services sector).
* Proficiency in MS Office suite.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to utilise them via emails, phone calls and letters.
