Senior Mental Health Support Worker
Salary: £13.17 Per Hour, £23,972 Annual Salary
Hours: 35 hours per week, Flexible working hours – shifts include evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
Contract: Permanent

Caredig are looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Mental Health Support Worker to join their supported living services in the Swansea area. They are looking for someone empathetic, proactive, and committed to making a difference.
As a Senior Mental Health Support Worker, you'll play a key role in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in a supported living environment. You'll help individuals build flourishing, independent lives while working within a values‑led organisation that prides itself on kindness, trust, accountability and innovation.
