The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you will manage your local strategy, marketing, and operations, growing your estate agency business in your area. You will have support from Nested’s marketing team and tools, managing client relationships from start to finish, and earning a commission that rewards your effort, starting at 75% and increasing to 100% of revenue.
Requirements
* 5-10 years of top estate agency experience in residential valuation, sales, and customer service.
* Strong marketing skills, lead generation, and local market knowledge.
* Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and passion for real estate.
* Deep familiarity with your local area and community.
* Alignment with Nested’s values and customer-centric approach.
* Social media skills are a plus, but enthusiasm is key.
