Responsibilities
As Part Counter Assistant, you will be responsible for:-
1. Taking parts orders and making internal and external sales calls to support company parts campaigns.
2. Answering incoming calls & dealing with queries.
3. Allocating stock on arrival.
4. Checking delivery notes and parts to be booked in on stock system.
5. Take orders from service engineers.
6. Process job cards
7. Parts returns
8. Picking parts for service visits.
9. Operate a forklift
Skills required
To be considered for the role of Parts Counter Assistant, you will have:-
10. Previous parts / trade experience
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
12. Problem solving ability
13. A cheerful, professional outlook
14. Excellent time management skills.
