As Kitchen Manager, you are the director of kitchen excellence. You'll lead and motivate a talented brigade of chefs, manage operations with skill and precision, and ensure every plate is served with pride, purpose, and perfection. You'll set the rhythm, drive the standards, and create an environment where your team and your kitchen can shine.
Your Mission
1. Lead, train, and inspire your kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality dishes
2. Ensure operational excellence across food, hygiene, guest satisfaction, and team performance
3. Build a positive, inclusive kitchen culture that celebrates growth, recognition, and opportunity
4. Host daily team huddles to energise and align your crew
5. Maintain stock levels, manage margins, and control costs with accuracy
6. Drive performance across sales, safety, and brand standards
7. Uphold the highest health, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
8. Support the wider management team with innovation, leadership, and forward-thinking strategy
Requirements include previous experience in a kitchen management or leadership role, confidence in leading a team, knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and inventory control, passion for quality and guest experiences, willingness to complete management training, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
