Position: Facilities Administrator Other titles: Helpdesk Coordinator Type: Temp / Temp to Perm Location: Leeds Hours: Mon-Fri 37.5 hours/week. 08:00 - 16:30 (1 hour lunch) We are recruiting for a Facilities / Helpdesk Administrator based in Leeds to work with a large scale FM and Building Services company in their service delivery team. The role is a temp position (with a view to transfer into a permanent role). £13.84/hr plus holiday pay. Based off circa 27k 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm. The primary objective is allocating calls and resources to ensure that all planned maintenance and breakdowns are attended by the relevant skill set of engineer and are carried out and completed with agreed client SLA’S. Receiving incoming calls and making outgoing phone calls, Liaising with customers to give them updates on outstanding jobs Logging reactive calls via email/telephone Allocating reactive/quoted works to engineers and scheduling the work in, Obtaining relevant order number/instruction for quoted works, ensuring all documentation and customer approvals are attached to the project log Rescheduling of reactive/quoted works as necessary Instructing subcontractor to carry out reactive callouts, and seeing the call through to completion Assisting engineers with the raising of PO’S Management of engineers workloads, holidays and absences in conjunction with line managers Ensuring all relevant documentation/paperwork is attached to the reactive job so call can be invoiced Management of reactive call outs Allocation of PPM works, scheduling works into engineers planner Ad-hoc administrative duties Requirements: Ideally to have previous experience of service delivery support in FM or Engineering companies Previous contract admin experience Excellent customer services skills Planning and scheduling skills User of database systems Good administrative skills If you are interested then please click the APPLY button now PRS are a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.
