Architect Job in Manchester\n\nArchitect Job Available with an AJ100 practice in Manchester as they grow their team in response to several new international transport projects. With ongoing work across the UK, America, Europe, and the Middle East, they're looking for a qualified Architect to support the delivery of large-scale transport infrastructure schemes as part of their Manchester studio\n\nThe Manchester office of this global practice is expanding as part of a wider strategy to grow its presence across the North of England. With six offices worldwide, the Manchester team of 12 is currently delivering large-scale transport and infrastructure projects across the world.
This role offers strong project progression and the opportunity to work internationally as part of the greater business. It's a great chance to join a supportive team in a role offering Hybrid working and an opportunity to gain global project experience from a UK base.\n\nRole & Responsibilities\n\nWorking across all project stages\nUse Revit to a High degree to deliver quality design and technical drawings\nUsing BIM\nBeing part of a larger projects team in the Manchester office while also communicating with other international offices\nOverseeing projects stages and junior team members as needed\nProjects will involve working on largescale international projects (Experience in north American aviation projects would be beneficial).Required Skills & Experience\n\nPossess a Minimum of 2 years of UK experience post-part III\nSkill and experience in the use of Revit is essential - With a Revit test as part of the interview process.\nARB Registered\nProven experience of running projects and junior team members would be highly beneficial.\nSolid understanding of BIM workflows\nExperience in Canada and knowledge of local codes is an advantage\nBackground in aviation or similar large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred.What you get back\n\nSalary £35.000 - £38,000\nCareer progression\nHybrid 2 days a week from home\nLong term options to work internationally\nPension scheme\nPaid memberships\nCycle to work
