We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join our team at Vertu BMW Sunderland. We offer a basic salary of up to £26,000, working Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm.
This role involves ensuring invoices and vehicle taxing are completed accurately and on time. You will create vehicle and customer records, develop a clean customer database and vehicle history, and deliver high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will order vehicles from the factory, organize subcontract work, and manage the order process through to delivery.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator, with proficiency in Leaselink / Ebbon systems, and strong IT, PC, and numerical skills. Full training will be provided for the right applicant.
