Job Description
* Manage and maintain sales ledger accounts
* Prepare and issue invoices in a timely manner
* Handle customer queries related to invoicing and payments
* Perform credit checks on potential customers
* Coordinate with the sales team to resolve any discrepancies
* Assist in month-end procedures and reporting
* Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting and finance department
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Ledger Clerk should have:
* A solid understanding of financial accounting principles
* Excellent numerical skills
* Proficiency in using financial software
