Join our dynamic team as a Facilities Management Senior Specialist. We are seeking a self-driven professional with a passion for facilities management. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of services by our IFM provider, ensuring cost-effective and efficient coordination of site FM activities and projects. Responsible for the daily operations of our London office and laboratory facilities delivered through our outsourced IFM partner.
Manage performance, savings targets, and expense budgets of our IFM provider.
Identify cost savings and innovation opportunities in building operations and service delivery.
Drive a culture of safety and quality compliance with our outsourced IFM provider.
Collaborate with the IFM provider to maintain Permanent Inspection Readiness (PIR) across all sites.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Facility Management, engineering, or related technical environment.
Thorough understanding of hard and soft service delivery, projects and safety and quality compliance.
Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer/client relationship management.
