Responsibilities
* Cold calling to win new business
* Negotiating terms with clients
* Taking briefs on your clients’ ideal candidate
* Sourcing candidates through headhunting and networking
* Posting job advertisements to further attract candidates
* Building relationships with candidates and clients
* Persuading the client to interview the candidate
* Aligning candidate and client diaries to organise interviews
* Receiving and delivering feedback
* Negotiating salaries for placement
* Making placements!
Qualifications
1+ years of sales experience (B2B essential) who want to take the next step up.
