Customer Service Coordinator > Leigh Area > Monday to Friday We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service to join a busy and fast-paced logistics operation in the Leigh area. This role involves supporting customers while coordinating and booking deliveries, ensuring a smooth and efficient service. Key Responsibilities: * Handling inbound and outbound customer service queries via phone and email * Booking and coordinating home deliveries for large items * Liaising with drivers and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries * Updating systems with accurate customer and delivery information * Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner Requirements: * Previous customer service experience (logistics experience desirable ) * Strong communication and organisational skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Good IT skills and attention to detail * Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach Hours: * MondayFriday: 09:00 17:00 Pay: £12.71 per hour The position begins as a temporary assignment, with the possibility of longer-term employment
