About The Role We are still growing and looking for our next sales star to help drive the recruitment of suitable candidates for the QA apprenticeships programme in our NEW Bristol office. You will manage and develop employer relationships with your team to develop the QA Apprenticeships brand in this region. About The Person Leadership of recruitment and employment teams Delivery against national and regional apprenticeship starts plan Performance management, coaching and development of staff Generation of sufficient employment opportunities to achieve targets Building of candidate pools through advertising, youth liaison and local activity Development and management of strategic relationships with large employers and partners To oversee the provision of Initial Advice and Guidance (IAG) and subsequent enrolment processes. Compliance with all regulatory requirements attached to Apprenticeship Learning Promotion of equal opportunities across all local team activities Provision of regular reporting and KPI on all activities Build strong and positive relationships with wider QA staff Your Skills & Experience Successful track record of leading commercial recruitment teams Substantial experience of managing teams of recruitment consultants and resources Ideally direct experience of recruiting for IT apprenticeship programmes Successful account management experience Relevant experience of working with young people Qualified to provide IAG Experience of working collaboratively with partners through industry relationships Experience of working with government funded contracts Recruitment sales processes and management methods Apprenticeship frameworks IT industry knowledge Employment and recruitment law Provision of IAG Government funded programmes Highly target driven Proven leadership and management skills Excellent organisation and administration skills Self-motivated Methodical and tenacious Professional sales management approach Able to build confidence and relationships across all dimensions of the role Must be able to develop and deliver against clear business plans Must be passionate about developing young people for the world of work
