Support Worker – FitzRoy Supported Living, Fakenham
Location: Fakenham
Salary: £12.35 per hour + £25 Emergency Payment
Contract Type: Part Time
Shift Patterns: 7:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 9:00pm
Driving Licence: Desirable but not essential

FitzRoy Supported Living in Fakenham provides high-quality, person-centred care and support for residents with learning disabilities and autism. We are looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly, dedicated team.

* Supporting people with learning disabilities and autism in their daily routines
* Providing personal care with dignity and respect
* Enabling individuals to participate in hobbies, interests and community activities
* Helping people live independently and achieve their personal goals
* Being a calm, positive presence during both planned and unplanned situations
What We're Looking For
* A caring nature and a positive attitude
* Willingness to learn and work flexibly as part of a close-knit team
* A genuine passion for supporting people to live the lives they choose
* A driving licence is desirable, but not essential
