Housing & Tenancy Case Worker – The Regenda Group
Location: Oldham | Employment type: Permanent, Full-time (37 hours) | Salary: £28,506 (FTE) | Shift work may be required.

Role responsibilities
The role provides support to service users at our projects. You will work empathetically with individuals who have been homeless and have complex needs. You will empower service users, actively engage them with the community, help them to support each other, develop resilience, live independently and become assets to the community. You may be required to work on a rota basis.
The right fit
* Able to assess needs and plan and deliver effective, stimulating and dynamic support.
* Able to develop involvement of service users, volunteers and the community, including facilitating group activities.
* Able to demonstrate personal organisational skills: attendance/timekeeping, planning workload, record keeping, IT usage, workload management, meeting deadlines.
* Able to demonstrate strong communication skills including record keeping, report writing, IT and social media usage.
* Able to address equality and diversity issues and understand the needs of volunteers and service users.
