Client Administrator
We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and personable individual to support our planners and internal operations in a key client support role. You’ll be part of a friendly team, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and that our planners are fully supported.
This is an office-based position in Prestwick and can be full-time or part-time, depending on the right candidate. While the role is not client-facing, you should be comfortable communicating with clients by phone and email when needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with client onboarding and documentation
* Maintain accurate records using systems like XPlan and Dynamic Planner
* Support planners with administrative tasks and scheduling
* Help manage client accounts and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
* Handle general office duties including mail, supplies, and invoicing
What We’re Looking For
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A good communicator and team player
* Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
* Experience in financial services environment
Qualifications
* Strong organisational, time-management, and multitasking skills
* Proficiency in administrative support tasks, such as scheduling and document management
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Basic knowledge of financial planning processes and compliance requirements (preferred)
* Proficiency in office software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
* Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle sensitive client information professionally
