SEND Teachers Required - Make a Lasting Impact

The RoleAs a SEND Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, tailored lessons to meet the diverse needs of your pupils. You will create a supportive and engaging learning environment, ensuring every child has the opportunity to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet a range of SEND needs
* Support pupils with EHCPs and adapt learning accordingly
* Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and external professionals
* Monitor progress and contribute to reviews and target setting
* Create a safe, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working with SEND pupils (in specialist or mainstream settings)
* Strong understanding of a range of additional needs
* A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
