Your new role
As a Marketing Executive, you will be involved in a diverse range of marketing activities. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and measuring marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing advertising campaigns, and overseeing internalmunications. You will also be responsible for event management, website editing, and content creation for all digital channels. Key tasks include:
1. Building relationships with stakeholders such as customers and suppliers.
2. Collating information for pre-tender questionnaires in both private and public sectors.
3. Capturing images ofpleted projects.
4. Supporting business development with presentations and materials.
5. Promoting projects through press releases, videos, and advertising.
6. Managing internalmunications and employee engagement initiatives.
7. Organising and attending events and exhibitions.
8. Supporting the business's Socio Economic Strategy using SustainIQ software.
9. Monitoringpetitor activity.
10. Contributing to long-term marketing plans and strategies.
11. Managing budgets.
12. Overseeing website content and design.
13. Writing submissions for industry awards.
14. Ensuringpliance with ISO9001, 14001 & 45001, FSC, and Investors in People Standards.
15. Performing other duties as required by management.
What you'll need to succeed
16. A third-level qualification in a marketing-related discipline.
17. At least one year of recent relevant experience.
18. Proficiency in Google Analytics and photography.
19. Knowledge of the fit-out or construction industry (desirable) and internalmunications.
20. Excellent presentation andmunication skills.
21. Strong grammar and literacy.
22. Good time management and organisational skills.
23. Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
24. Ability to work independently.
25. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
26. Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Ireland.
