Events Coordinator Location Warwick Salary £25,000 per annum Hours Full time Working pattern Hybrid, three days in the office and two days from home once probation is passed Travel Occasional overnight stays for events across England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, expenses paid Driving licence Full UK driving licence and own transport required About the role This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, confident and proactive events coordinator to join the commercial team. You will support the events manager with the smooth running of all operational and logistical activity, ensuring events are delivered professionally, on time and with great attention to detail. You will be involved in venue bookings, speaker management, administration, supplier liaison and supporting both in person and online events. The role suits someone who is great with people, calm under pressure and enjoys variety. Main duties and responsibilities • Managing relationships with event speakers • Ensuring invoices are processed and purchase orders are raised • Booking venues and hotel rooms for events • Liaising with members regarding event bookings and handling all administration • Checking the website and updating information when required • Managing relationships with external suppliers • Invoicing and liaising with industry partners • Updating spreadsheets and recording all actions taken • Supporting webinars, online events and attending in person events when needed • Engaging with members at events and on exhibition stands • Supporting the national conference • Answering calls relating to events • Monitoring the events inbox and responding promptly • Carrying out additional tasks requested by the business Key working relationships • Working closely with the events manager and commercial team • Liaising with speakers • Working with the sales team • Collaborating with marketing on social posts, emails and event advertising Skills and attributes required • Excellent communication skills • Strong organisation and time management • Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Competent with Outlook • Professional, positive and customer focused • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Full UK driving licence and own transport Education and experience • GCSE grade C or above in English, Mathematics and Science or equivalent • Minimum one year experience in administration • Minimum one year experience in customer service How to apply If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please contact Sally Asling at ProFind Property Recruitment: Email: sally@profindrecruitment.co.uk Call or WhatsApp: 07760 787026 www.profindpropertyrecruitment.co.uk ProFind Property Recruitment is acting as a recruitment agency on behalf of our client.
