Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Purpose of the role:
As a Digital Marketing Executive you will plan and deliver online campaigns that build brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive business growth. You will be responsible for manage channels such as social media, email, search, and websites to attract and retain customers, generate leads, and support sales. By analysing performance data and staying up to date with digital trends, ensuring campaigns are optimised for maximum impact while keeping the brand competitive and visible in the digital space.
Core Responsibilities:
Website Growth & Updates
* Keep the website fresh with regular updates (new case studies, blog posts, product pages).
* Work alongside the Head of marketing, update & optimise SEO around terms like interactive darts for bars, hospitality entertainment solutions, AR darts system.
* Support HOM by daily checking PPC campaigns to ensure no bugs, monitor & implement campaigns from HOM strategy.
* Ensure strong CTAs for demo requests and lead capture.
Email Marketing
* Using strategy & campaigns led by the HOM, create and send monthly newsletters highlighting new installs, product features, and customer success stories.
* Develop segmented B2B nurture campaigns to move leads down the funnel.
Admin & Marketing Operations
* Assist HOM with campaign reporting, scheduling social content coordination, and CRM management.
* Manage asset library (photos, videos, brochures) to ensure sales and marketing teams have easy access.
Core Skills:
* SEO & SEM: Knowledge of search engine optimisation and paid search campaigns.
* Social Media Management: Experience with platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, X) and scheduling tools.
* Email Marketing: Designing, segmenting, and tracking campaigns.
* Analytics & Reporting: using Google Analytics, social insights, or CRM systems to measure performance.
* Content Creation: Ability to coordinate blogs, graphics, and multimedia assets from other team members.
* PPC & Paid Ads: managing budgets, targeting, and optimisation for Google Ads and social ads.
* Marketing & Commercial Awareness: Understanding of customer journeys and conversion funnels. Knowledge of branding, positioning, and market trends. Ability to align campaigns with business objectives and revenue goals.
* Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to craft clear messages.
* Analytical Thinking: Interpreting data and making evidence-based decisions.
* Organisation & Time Management: Balancing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
* Collaboration: Working effectively with sales, design, and external agencies.
* Adaptability: Keeping pace with fast-changing digital trends and technologies.
Desirable Additional Skills:
* Familiar with editing tools for social media platforms
* Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot, Shopify).
* Basic skills in Powerpoint, Canva, Excel and Capcut
* Understanding of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce).
* Awareness of AI tools for marketing efficiency and content creation.
