Job Title: Commercial General Manager - Aviation Reports to: CEO Location: National - ideally based in Cardiff Department: Aviation Operations / Commercial Purpose of the Role The General Manager - Aviation is responsible for the strategic and commercial management of the aviation division, ensuring commercial viability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role encompasses leadership across all commercial activities, including contract management, letting of facilities (including offices, hangars, aircraft parking), and ongoing improvement of commercial processes. The General Manager will play a central role in driving revenue growth, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring the business meets its financial and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities 1. Commercial Contract Management Oversee the preparation, negotiation, execution, and monitoring of all commercial contracts related to aviation operations. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy standards. Manage key commercial relationships, ensuring mutual value and effective performance. Develop risk management strategies for contractual obligations and monitor relevant KPIs. 2.
