What You'll Do As a Technical Programme Manager for Installation and Commissioning, you’ll be responsible to develop and deliver the commissioning plan of our manufacturing processes in the UK. The role is based on-site in our Somerset plant, with occasional travel to our suppliers and other vendors in the UK and abroad. Reporting to the Head of Process Engineering, your key responsibilities include: To develop and deliver the commissioning plan of the manufacturing process for the UK site To form and lead an integrated commissioning team, identifying the required resources required at each stage of the stat-up process – authoring and driving this plan for the business Working with stake holders to compile the requirements for each unit process and integrated process, being clear on acceptance criteria for the operational qualification and product qualification stages Liaising with vendors and partners to ensure the plan is clearly communicated and resourced from all parties appropriately Drive a safety mindset Identify and reduce risks, aiming for a faultless start-up Working with the capital projects function to identify and execute a SIMOPS Who We Are Agratas is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons. The team you'll join The Process Engineering team is a dynamic group working across a range of areas such as electrode, cell assembly, FA&T (formation, ageing and testing), control and automation, manufacturing systems, digital manufacturing, process safety and logistics engineering. Being a relatively new team, you’ll play a critical part in creating processes and help building large scale manufacturing lines from the ground up. What You'll Bring Have led commissioning activities (Operational and Product Qualification) for a (large cell) complex coating or assemble manufacturing site Poses a strong understanding of risks associated with starting (a cell) manufacturing facilities, and methods for mitigating the risk Understands the process of Pre Start-Up Safety Review and the safe introduction of hazardous materials Knowledge of the transfer of Care, Custody and Control An understanding of COMAH regulation and its implications on site start-up Managing a team of process engineers, vendors and operational teams throughout the installation and commissioning phase.
