Overview
Night Life Practitioner role at Kisimul Group Limited. Based at An Darch in North Scarle, Lincoln. The role provides essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
Responsibilities
* Work with the staff team across all levels to safeguard the young adults at all times.
* Participate in a wide range of recreational events within the home and wider community.
* Assist with practical tasks relating to care, such as cooking and cleaning.
* Create positive relationships with the young adults, maintaining dignity and respect at all times.
* Meet the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the young adults.
* Maintain accurate and clear record keeping and review changes to needs as required.
* Contribute to the development of the team.
Requirements / Qualifications
* A genuine passion for care and motivation to contribute to the progression of others.
* A strong team player.
* Resilient with the confidence to ask for support as needed.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Computer literacy.
Role Details
* Starting rates: £12.56 (new entrants) and £13.85 (experienced).
* Career progression through a competency framework with pathways to increased hourly rates.
* Company vehicle provided for transportation to community activities (Driver: full UK licence or at least 2 years UK driving experience).
