A key role supporting Sofina Foods’ Corporate Legal team, providing expert paralegal support across complex transactions, compliance, and governance while ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency in a fast-paced business environment. Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the Legal Department and Data Protection Officer. Assist with legal research, drafting, and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation. Support corporate governance and compliance activities, including regulatory filings and internal policy management. Maintain and manage legal files, records, and contract management systems. Liaise with internal departments, external counsel, and regulatory bodies as required. Prepare legal reports, board and committee papers, minutes, and resolutions. Support litigation and dispute resolution by gathering evidence and preparing documentation. Monitor legal developments and ensure timely updates on regulatory changes.
