As Inside Sales Representative you will play a fundamental role in increasing our customer base and reaching revenue growth objectives. You must be dedicated to spending time on the phone with prospective customers, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects in order to close deals.

Main Responsibilities
 * Source new opportunities and customers through outbound calls and emails.
 * Understand customer needs and how our products can improve their patient care.
 * Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to achieve quarterly quotas.
 * Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
 * Collaborate with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
 * Perform effective online demos to prospects.
 * Manage quotations and renewals on time, ensuring operational excellence for your focus customers.
About You
 * Inside Sales experience or Field sales experience in medical device industry (desirable to have 2 – 3 years experience)
 * Excellent verbal and written communications skills
 * Strong listening, presentation and negotiation skills
 * Strong analytical skills
 * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
 * Self‑Motivated, driven to succeed and willingness‑to‑learn mindset
 * Knowledge of Salesforce as well as MS Office products including Word, Excel & Outlook
Salary range for the role
£33,000 to £35,000 + bonus + benefits
