Up to £90,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Package
If you’re an experienced Contracts Manager delivering timber frame housing and you’re looking for a role with real autonomy, influence, and progression, this could be exactly what you’ve been waiting for.
This is a newly created position due to the region growing, not replacing someone. You’ll step into a stable, well-funded developer with a strong pipeline across the North West and the backing to do things properly. This role will report to the Construction Director.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Taking ownership of multiple residential developments
* Leading Site Managers and Project Managers, developing strong teams
* Overseeing timber frame construction from start to finish
* Protecting programme, quality, and margin — without cutting corners
* Acting as the key point of contact between site, commercial, and technical teams
