Job Title: Unqualified Teaching Assistant

Salary: £100 - £110 Per day
Job Duties:
* Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering educational activities
* Assisting with the preparation of teaching materials
* Helping students with their work and providing feedback
* Supervising students during lessons and breaks
* Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
Required Qualifications:
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Passion for supporting the educational development of students
Education:
* No formal teaching qualifications required
* Training provided on the job
Experience:
* No previous experience necessary, but some experience working with children is advantageous
Knowledge and Skills:
* Basic understanding of classroom dynamics and student behaviour
* Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
* Patience and empathy when working with students
Preferred Qualifications:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
* First Aid training
Working Conditions:
* Working hours typically follow school hours
* May involve some physical activity such as assisting with outdoor playtime

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
