Equans is looking for a Security Officer to join our team based out of 9 Maxim Park, Eurocentral, Motherwell, ML1 4WQ on a permanent basis. This full‑time position requires working 42 hours per week. The offer includes a salary of £12.71 per hour and a benefits package.
Shift Pattern
* 12‑hour shifts
* 4 on / 4 off rota
* Rotating days and nights
Flexibility is required, as the role may involve occasional support at nearby sites in Eurocentral and Bathgate.
What you’ll deliver
* Patrol and monitor site areas to identify and prevent risks
* Control site access and support visitors
* Monitor CCTV, alarms and security systems
* Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records
* Support emergency situations and follow procedures
* Work with colleagues and external services when required

Essential qualifications
