Job Title: Production Supervisor (Evening Shift)Location: Aston Clinton
Hours: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will take full ownership of your production line, leading a team of 5 Production Operatives to deliver high-quality products efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Production Supervisor, you will set up and run your own production line.
Manage and motivate a team of 5 operatives, including training, performance, sickness, and holiday management.
Troubleshoot issues and carry out basic maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
Ensure product and process quality standards are met.
Report directly to the Shift Manager and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
Previous management or team leadership experience.
