This business are an FM and Building Services contractor with a strong in-house team and a well-developed supply chain, delivering mechanical, HVAC and Hard FM services. They are well respected in their industry, with a long-term client-base and a good reputation.
This role would suit a Design Manager, Commercial Manager, Director or similar from a HVAC/Mechanical services background looking for a senior leadership position that offers recognition for your achievements and autonomy over projects from cradle-to-grave.
The Role:
* Working with clients from initial consultation to completion
* Pre-Contact stage oversight and sign-off responsibility
* Post-Contract responsibility from initial review through to procurement, sub-contractors and technical design sign-off
* Developing commissioning schedule and managing the process through to MEP training
The Person:
* Design Manager, Commercial Manager, Director or similar
* Full knowledge of the HVAC industry
* Looking for a Senior Leadership position
