The Enlightened Hospitality Group are looking for a RELIEF SENIOR CHEF to join the group to support our kitchen teams across our west of Scotland venues. Paid weekly / Mileage Allowance / Share of Gratuity. Must be a driver, as rotas are based on supporting various venues .Our venues - Cardross Inn, La Mesa Paisley, Carriages Kilmacolm, Fox & Hounds Houston, Rhu Inn, Weavers Paisley.The candidate will have a passion for working with fresh ingredients and amazing hospitality. These are large busy venues with a range of menus to cater for lunch, dinner, events, afternoon teas.We an hourly rate pro-rata negotiable depending on experience and the option to join the company Pension Scheme.The ideal candidate will have: Previous Senior Chef experience of volume kitchens. Food hygiene Certificate. NVQ in Professional Cookery and Food Preparation. Excellent knowledge of all HACCP, COSHH and Health and Safety in the workplace. Ability to manage weekly reporting of wages/GP's/Cash margin. Excellent coaching skills Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Manage kitchen operations, including inventory control, stock rotation, and cleanliness of the kitchen area. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service. Assist in menu planning, including the development of new recipes and seasonal offerings. Cater for special events as required, ensuring all dietary requirements are met. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the kitchen at all times.
