Job Vacancy Job reference HS-JL-CCC1 Closing date: 27th October Job Title: Support worker/Personal Assistant Hours per week: Up to 9 hours 45 minutes per week Location: Pensarn, Conwy Rate of pay: £13.20 per hour About me: We are a husband and wife living in Pensarn, and we are looking for a support worker to support us within our home. There are 2 vacancies, one role to support each of us. One role is over 3 days, the other is over 6 days, the hours can be worked conjunctively for 3 of the days. Vacancy 1. 5 hours 15 minutes per week to be worked Monday to Saturday mornings, 45 minutes or 1 hour per day. This job is to support an adult male within the home with his morning routine. Vacancy 2. 4 hours 30 minutes per week to be worked 1.5 hours per day on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday, these hours can be worked after supporting the husband on these days. This job is to support an adult female with getting dressed, general household tasks, and socializing. We are happy to combine these roles and recruit one support worker to cover all of the hours, but if you are only able to support with some of the hours we still welcome your application. Task and duties, to include any or all the following: * Vacancy 1 Support me to get up out of bed in the morning * Support with my shower when required, and to support me to get dressed * Support me to prepare my breakfast * Ensure that I have everything I require ready for my day. * Vacancy 2 To assist me and supervise while showering * Assist with dressing * Light household duties i.e. vacuuming, ironing, clean floor and bathroom etc. * To support with socialisation Any other duties not mentioned but that fall within the scope of this role should be discussed and then mutually agreed.
