Property Litigation Solicitor — Position Overview:
Manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters
Advise on landlord and tenant issues, boundary disputes, and mortgage repossessions
Handle claims involving rights of way, easements, restrictive covenants, drainage, and adverse possession
Work on rural and urban property matters across both residential and commercial sectors
Collaborate with the wider Real Estate and Corporate teams on referral work
Engage in business development and client relationship management activities
Take advantage of extensive training and mentoring within a supportive environment
Requirements of the Property Litigation Solicitor:
Qualified Solicitor (NQ – 3 years’ PQE)
Some experience in property litigation or general litigation with an interest in property disputes
Excellent communication and client care skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to participate in business development and networking
Positive, proactive, and collaborative team player
